Workers' Compensation
Employer Partnership & Resources
A workers' comp partner who treats the whole employee, not just the injury.
Why This Partnership Matters
Employers need a workers' compensation provider who communicates clearly, documents accurately, and gets employees to a genuine, sustainable return to work. What sets our approach apart is that we also address the part of recovery that quietly derails a return-to-work timeline — unaddressed trauma response, anxiety, or depression following an injury.
What We Provide Local Employers
- Prompt evaluation and coordinated medical, PT, and behavioral health treatment for injured employees
- Clear, consistent communication on work status, restrictions, and expected timelines
- Documentation built to support the claims process accurately from the first visit
- A single point of contact for questions about an employee's care or progress
How We Work With Claims Adjusters and Case Managers
We provide timely updates, respond to requests for records or clarification, and keep the treatment plan aligned with what the claim requires — communicating across all disciplines involved in a patient's care so nothing falls through the gap between providers.
Supporting a Safe, Sustainable Return to Work
- Specific, functional restrictions rather than generic "light duty" language
- Regular reassessment as recovery progresses, including emotional and psychological readiness to return
- Coordination with any other provider involved in the employee's care
- Coordination with your HR or safety team on modified duty options when appropriate

Frequently Asked Questions
Why would our employee need behavioral health support for a physical injury?
Physical injuries — especially sudden, traumatic ones — commonly produce anxiety, sleep disruption, and mood changes that can slow physical recovery if left unaddressed. We treat that as part of the whole picture, not a separate issue.
Do you manage pain medication for injured employees?
No — we don't prescribe or manage pain medication for physical injury pain. We do provide psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health conditions related to the injury, through our psychiatry team.
How does behavioral health confidentiality work with our claim?
Behavioral health records carry additional privacy protections. We can walk you through exactly what is and isn't shared as part of a workers' compensation claim.
A good workers' compensation partnership protects your employee's full recovery, not just the part that shows up on imaging.
