Services
Services for Scottsdale Residents
Golf and gym injuries usually mean shoulder, back or knee pain, and our CNS-based physical therapy treats how the nervous system is guarding that pain as well as the joint itself. Primary care, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and weight management are available without a referral. Therapy and psychiatry work as one program for patients who want their mental health care kept as private as the rest.
Every service below is available to Scottsdale patients at our Phoenix clinic — and telehealth counseling and consultations are available anywhere in Arizona.

Scottsdale FAQs
Do you have an office in Scottsdale?
Our clinic is in central Phoenix at 1010 E McDowell Rd, Suite 410 — 20 to 30 minutes from Old Town, and a straight shot down McDowell Rd from south Scottsdale.
How private is treatment?
Federal law (42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA) gives substance-use treatment records stronger confidentiality protection than most medical records. Nothing is shared with employers or family without your written consent, except where the law requires it.
Can I see a physical therapist for a golf or sports injury?
Yes. We treat shoulder, back, neck and knee pain, post-surgical recovery, and getting back to activity after time off. In many cases you don't need a referral to start physical therapy.
