Services
Services for Mesa Residents
Mesa residents also come to us after car accidents and workplace injuries. Soft tissue injuries often get worse over the 24 to 72 hours after a crash, so we evaluate early, treat the injury with CNS-based physical therapy, and address the anxiety or low mood that can follow, all under one plan. You don't need an attorney or a referral to be seen. Work injuries follow the same model, with progress updates sent to your employer and claims adjuster.
Every service below is available to Mesa patients at our Phoenix clinic — and telehealth counseling and consultations are available anywhere in Arizona.

Mesa FAQs
Do you have an office in Mesa?
We serve Mesa from our central Phoenix clinic at 1010 E McDowell Rd, Suite 410 — 20 to 30 minutes by car on Loop 202 or US-60, or reachable by Valley Metro light rail from Main Street.
I lost my license after a DUI. Can I still get to you?
Yes. The light rail runs from Mesa to the Central Ave & McDowell Rd station, about a mile from our clinic — and our DUI education can be completed online. Our program provides the documentation Arizona courts require.
Do I need an attorney before you'll see me after a car accident?
No. Mesa residents can schedule an evaluation directly. If you have an attorney, we'll coordinate with their office once you're established as a patient. Try to be seen within the first few days, since injuries can worsen or become harder to document with delay.
