DUI Services
Evaluation, education, and treatment that meets court requirements — and actually helps.
What Our DUI Program Provides
A DUI charge often comes with specific evaluation, education, or treatment requirements set by the court — and getting those requirements met accurately and on time matters for your case. Beyond simply checking a box, we also treat this as a real opportunity to evaluate whether there's an underlying substance use pattern worth addressing directly, since a DUI is sometimes the first visible sign of a larger issue.
What's Included
- Court-required substance use evaluation
- DUI education programming that satisfies court and licensing requirements
- Referral to further treatment when the evaluation indicates it's needed
- Documentation provided directly to the court, attorney, or supervising agency as required
How the Process Works
We start with a thorough evaluation to understand your specific situation and determine what level of education or treatment your case requires. From there, we complete the required programming and provide documentation to satisfy your court or licensing requirements, coordinating directly with your attorney or the court when needed.
When Deeper Treatment Makes Sense
Not every DUI reflects an ongoing substance use problem — but for some patients, the evaluation reveals a pattern worth addressing directly. If that's the case, we're positioned to move straight into appropriate treatment, whether that's counseling, medication-assisted treatment, or both, as part of the same coordinated program rather than a separate referral elsewhere.
DUI group treatment is not individual mental health therapy. For DUI program questions, email justiceservices@mojavecenter.com or call 480-818-9078. In an emergency, call 911.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my evaluation results be reported to the court?
Documentation is provided as required by your specific court order or licensing requirement — we'll explain exactly what that involves for your situation.
What if the evaluation shows I need more than just the required education?
We'll discuss this directly and can move into further treatment as part of the same program if that's the right next step for you.
How long does the DUI program typically take to complete?
This depends on your specific court requirements and the level of programming needed — we'll give you a clear timeline once your evaluation is complete.
Meeting a court requirement and actually getting real help aren't mutually exclusive — we aim to do both.
